Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get started?

There are two ways to start your subscription:

  • Create an account by clicking “Account” at the top right corner of any page on trupura.com, then enter your email address under “Register” and click submit. Now, start shopping!
  • After selecting your desired products, select “Subscribe and Save” and choose the frequency before adding the product to your cart. When you check out, you’ll need to create an account (if you don’t have one yet) with a password to complete your subscription order.

When is my order processed?

Once you have selected the product you’d like to subscribe to, select the frequency of your subscription – every 2 weeks or 1 month. Your initial order will be processed within one business day of completing your order. Your orders will continue to be placed based on the selected frequency on the date you placed your initial order.

How do I update or change my payment method?

To update or change the credit card associated with your subscription, log into your Trupura account and click the “Payment Methods” tab in the customer account view. Add, remove or update your credit card information. After making changes to your credit card in the “Payment Methods” tab, you’ll need to associate that card with your subscription. To do so, click the payment you would like to associate with your subscription and hit “Default.”

How do I change the delivery date of my subscription?

To change your delivery date, log into your trupura account and click “Subscriptions” tab in the customer account view. In the “Customer Subscription” box you will see a “Change Date” button. Click this and a calendar pop-up will appear and you can choose your desired delivery date. If you need your order sooner than the already scheduled delivery date, hit “Order Today” and you’ll receive it within 2-5 business days.

How do I add products to my subscription?

To add additional products to your subscription, log into your trupura account and click the “Manage My Subscription” tab in the customer account view. In the “Customer Subscription” box you will see an “Add Products” button. Click this and you will be taken to our products page. Under each product, you will see “Add To My Subscription.” Click this button and that product will automatically be added.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, log into your trupura account and click the “Manage My Subscription” tab in the customer account view. At the bottom of the page, you will see “Cancel My Subscription.” Click this button and a pop-up will confirm your cancellation.

How is shipping handled?

All orders over $100 ship for free. Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be charged the standard rate of $6-$10 depending on order size.
